Remember the old days of fluoride? The dentist would put those giant foam trays in your mouth filled with goop that tasted like fake bubblegum, and you had to sit there drooling for what felt like an hour.
Good news: we don’t do that anymore.
Now, we use Varnish Fluoride Treatment. It is a game-changer for anyone who is prone to cavities or has sensitive teeth.
What is it?
It’s basically a super-concentrated vitamin boost for your enamel. We take a tiny brush and paint a thin layer of dental fluoride varnish right onto your teeth.
It takes about 30 seconds.
It sticks to your teeth immediately (so you don’t swallow it).
You can eat and drink right after (just stay away from hot coffee or crunchy chips for a few hours).

Is It Just for Kids?
Nope. This is a huge myth. While kids definitely need it because their enamel is still hardening, adults need it too.
Got sensitive teeth? The varnish seals up the little pores in your teeth that cause that “zing” when you drink ice water.
Receding gums? If your gums are pulling back, your roots are exposed. Roots don’t have enamel, so they rot fast. Fluoride protects them.
It is one of the cheapest, fastest ways to save yourself from a drill later on. Next time you are in for a cleaning, ask us about the varnish. It’s worth it.
